Hosting or distributing illegal content under any applicable laws
Cryptocurrency mining or blockchain-related workloads
Abuse, harassment, or malicious activity
Chargebacks, payment fraud, or abuse of payment systems
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of services.
ExoticNodes reserves the right to suspend or terminate services with notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
In severe cases (illegal activity, security threats), termination may occur immediately.
Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
We aim to provide high uptime and reliable service.
However, all services are provided "as is" and "at your own risk".
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and do not offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA).
ExoticNodes is not responsible for data loss, downtime, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ExoticNodes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This includes data loss, profit loss, service interruptions, or server misconfiguration.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless explicitly stated otherwise.
ExoticNodes is not responsible for lost or corrupted data.
