By purchasing or using services provided by ExoticNodes (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
ExoticNodes is currently operated as a personal project based in South Africa.
We reserve the right to transition into a registered business entity at any time.
These Terms apply to all customers globally, including customers located within the European Union.
ExoticNodes currently provides:
Minecraft server hosting
Related hosting infrastructure services
We reserve the right to expand or modify services at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
By purchasing services, you confirm that:
You are at least 13 years old
You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
We currently accept:
PayPal
Stripe
We may add additional payment methods (including cryptocurrency) in the future.
All services are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
Failure to pay invoices on time may result in:
Service suspension
Service termination
Data deletion
All payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for:
Early cancellations
Unused time
Suspended services
Terminated services
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in:
Immediate service suspension
Permanent account termination
Permanent blacklist from future purchases
We reserve the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds and associated fees.
You agree not to use ExoticNodes services for:
DDoS attacks
Botting or automated malicious traffic
Network abuse
Fraud
Illegal content or activity
Adult content hosting
Harassment or abuse
We allow:
Minecraft proxy setups (e.g., BungeeCord, Velocity)
File hosting related to your service
Cracked/offline-mode Minecraft servers
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes abuse at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice for:
Abuse or misuse
Violation of these Terms
Chargebacks
Fraudulent activity
Non-payment of invoices
Actions that threaten network stability
Suspension may occur immediately to protect infrastructure.
No refunds will be provided for suspended or terminated services.
Services are subject to reasonable resource usage.
We may limit or suspend services that:
Excessively use CPU
Harm node performance
Affect other customers
We reserve the right to enforce fair usage limits.
ExoticNodes does not guarantee backups.
You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.
We are not liable for data loss, including but not limited to:
Hardware failure
Network failure
Suspension
Termination
Accidental deletion
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, outages, attacks, or unforeseen issues may occur.
We are not liable for downtime-related damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ExoticNodes shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Business interruption
Consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
For customers in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence may also apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
